You did not pay deposit in advance because you wanted to inspect first during collection before you pay. And I said ok. During your collection, my wife asked you not to take the item if you are not satisfied that the cushion is not washed. But you still wanted it and took it. But now you are complaining on Carousel that I am not honest???

Alex was helpful in providing info and recommended a good mover. Sadly i choose other mover in a rush and it dented the furniture a lil bit. But anyways, the furniture was in great condition! Will definitely fix it in a few more years!
