I am sorry to say but seller is genuine but the system was faulty. I was excited to pick it up and seller taught me how to use it. however 2 days later the ps3 system failed and seller asked me to send it back and tried to undercut my refund by $30 when he offered a 3 days guarantee. I had to bear the cost of sending the system back as well.
