Be very careful dealing with such buyer. MIA after offer made. Irresponsible buyer. Did not bother to inform me that he changed his mind. I have to text him to know that he doesn't want item anymore.

Very nice buyer

I had friend to meet buyer during my fren's 1 hr lunch break , at 1pm. Not only was buyer late for 35 minutes, he asked my fren to carry the heavy items to street level, instead of mrt station basement level as agreed on initially .He didnt inform me of the change of meeting location in advance. My fren ended up having NO lunch at all. Really a most unpleasant transaction.

Transaction was painful .. Buyer only provided condo building address and had us waiting at security area for 10 mins before informing unit number and only clarified we needed to park car and deliver to the unit. He/she also insisted we arrive before a certain time when he/she was clearly not ready. Rather inconsiderate n irresponsible party to deal with!
