Faulty item. The light flickers as you use the dimmer switch. Transaction process was fine but the product is everything. I’m unable to give anything higher than 3 stars.
Follow-up review
I reduced to 1 star after seller tried to justify selling the defective item to me. How could I test the item when it was passed to me at lift lobby area? I asked whether it worked well and seller said it did. Clearly a misrepresentation.

Stop lying! Even after providing my full address including my unit number, you couldn’t find the location? and for a “FREE ITEM” do you expect people to reply you back within a minute otherwise you’ll change your plans last moment? And change your pick date to 4-5 days? after I had already placed that heavy pot outside only after getting confirmation multiple times ? and you can happily blackout any moment? So so inconsiderate of you!!!

I offered a big discount out of courtesy and reorder from me not forced on you. Yes, the size was off, I acknowledged the mistake and offered a full refund upon return. But keeping it with a partial refund was your idea, and I simply agreed. It wasn’t the smoothest, but I did everything I could to accommodate your requests.
