This person made an offer, requested for COD thru LBC which I granted. I answered his queries and sent photos of the item. Before I went to LBC, he confirmed. But when the item was delivered to him by LBC, he refused to accept it. I have already spent money to go to LBC and ship it. I even sent him the receipt of LBC. Waste of time, money and effort transacting with this kind of person. Beware!!!
