Shipping was a challenge. The seller only offered Flash Express, even though they acknowledged it takes longer than J&T. They later suggested Lalamove, which was far too expensive for a Laguna to QC delivery. Instead of offering a reasonable alternative, they told me to look for other sellers. I expected better communication and solutions, not JUST being dismissed.

Pasensya na po mam, itinuro ko po kau sa ibang seller kasi hindi po ako makaka pag commit talaga gawa ng busy ako baka di talaga abutin kapag tuesday at J&t ang gusto niyo ... flash and lalamove lang talaga ang courier ko kasi po pinipickup sa bahay. Sana po maintindihan niyo ako kasi hindi lang po ito work ko sideline ko lang po ito kaya ang pinipili kong courier eh ung pumupunta pra mag pickup sa bahay. Hindi ko na po talaga kakayanin kapag pumunta pa ako sa J&T malau po un samin.
