Makes an offer, which is accepted but takes forever to reply. When he finally does, he repeatedly indicates meet-up at locations others than the location stated clearly in the listing and communicated to him directly. Finally agrees to Carousell payment and Carousell delivery and says he will do so by the end of the month but never does so and never replies. Wasted a few weeks of my time.
