Make an offer and confirmed it,telling me she's going to make the payment at the end of January and since I really need to clear it,I agreed with her,but then after about 1 week,which is Today,she suddenly msg me and tell me she wants to cancel the order bcs of her SISTER (she told that it was her sister order lol). Then why dont your sister think b4 confirmed the order and promised to make payment the end of January? Dont make any promise if you cant do it.
