All I can say to others is don’t waste time. I just hope that nothing serious happened to this buyer because no response is annoying.

This guy Give an offer but NO SHOW after I accepted the offer, don’t waste your time. I hope every one here adhere and abide by the rules. Give an offer only after you are sure, don’t waste everybody’s time.

He offered to purchase and we even took leave to accommodate his time to come but in the end he didn't come and pick up. After which I kept texting and he MIA. Very bad experience with such buyer.

Buyer made offer, said that he would be arranging things with movers but would DEFINITELY get item. ....went missing after and never responded. Frustrating and unnecessary. To sellers, please save your time and effort and make sure you get money first before dealing with a person like him.

This person is not to be trusted. Don’t waste your time with this person This person made an offer & we arrange time & place to meet up. On that day, I messaged him to confirm meet up & was ignored completely. It’s ok to have a change of plans but don’t waste other people’s time by not notifying. I’ve already told him I don’t stay at my old house anymore & i am making a trip back on purpose just to meet him. Deal with this person at your own risk. Suggest to just ignore this person.
