Seller should have mentioned that the Gucci bag has no leather zipper pull. Instead, insisted that it was there when she sent. So it just fell off & dissappeared in the box??? What a cheat. I don’t recommend dealing with this seller. Bad experience. I asked for refund, she did not reply & changed her user name.

I sent you the proof of live photo whilst delivery. And said that I'm willing to refund if you have proof that the pull is absent when you receive it. Yet you don't even bother to prove and just ask me to refund you first. It's shown in the live photo that it works perfectly at the time of SF delivery. And I have never changed username.
