Hindi totoo, Lagi ko fino follow up sya, Hindi nag rreply. Kalmado ako palagi makipagusap sa kanya kahit antagal na nung item sa lbc branch hindi nya kinukuha. Hindi makapag provide ng pic kung nakuha na item. Sa 7 years ko nagpapadala sa LBC, hindi na late ng tracking ng branch collect ng LBC. Nagsisinungaling, nakuha na daw pero walang tracking number meaning di pa nakukuha. Kapag trip nya at wala sya magawa i 1 star review ka nya at mema caption para magmukha kalang masama
