Transaction process was good, response was fast. Purchased an iPhone 6s which seller claimed was brand new. When I did detailed check after reaching home, noticed there were 5 hours of call time and there were shadows at the left side of the phone screen. Response from seller was not friendly when enquired about the defects. Sent the phone for repair at QCD Wheelock and the staff confirmed the defect.
