KT is always responsive, answering any enquiry and setups. was previously contacting him for kenwood headunit, but eventually settled for android unit for features. installation planned nicely, went smoothly with some hiccups but nothing major. unit [uis7870] is very responsive using 4G sim, works flawlessly with gmap and waze, both in sg and msia! value buy!

KT has been very patient in providing me information on what to install. He has also been very honest and recommended me not to spend money on an additional amp saying that the android headunit is powerful enough to power the speakers. The headunit and 360 camera I bought from him is very good, installation was great and price is reasonable! Will deal again.

this review/feedback came 2 years later! I bought and installed from seller in 2024 Aug. Fast forward to 2 years later，I had a small issue from my android auto carplay which requires troubleshooting. I texted seller at 7 in the morning. He replied at 8am and solved my issue. Wow! customer service at its best!

Seller was great in helping, pre or post-sales! Before buying, he was great in recommending and fast in answering all my questions. Installation was also fuss-free. The next day, had problem with my Vezel dashboard clock after installation, and the seller walked through with me to solve the problem. Never did he ghosted me once! Highly recommended!

Very happy to have found KT on Carousell to help to change out the stock head unit to the 6.8" Pioneer 5650BT for my 2016 Subaru Forester 2.0i-L. The reviews gave me confidence and KT deserves all the good reviews. He is very responsible, gives good advice, very fast to reply, punctual and the whole installation was seamless, even guided me to through initial set up. Highly recommended seller !

Initially i had doubts about a using his services as it was not a proper shop, however these doubts unfounded. KT provided genuine products sourced direct from Pioneer with warranty and receipt. More importantly he provided excellent advice and was extra careful in the installs. I can recommend him wholly!
