Bought 2 used hanging filters for RM50. I asked the seller if they had any issues, and he said both were working perfectly. After receiving them, I found a broken head cover, broken water-suction pipe, broken motor fixing area, and both filters were leaking. I contacted the seller, but he deleted my number and stopped replying. Very disappointed.
