Disappointed with the item which I received.item got a lot of defects...broken hooks and many more..chk with seller but claims items was in good hands b4 posting... But how can hook disappeared suddenly with leaving any traces...juz my unlucky luck.

Would still consider it as a pleasant experience with her. Replies fm her was prompt and payment was hassle-free. She even bother to msg me to ask if I've received the items. But on the downside, 2 ribbon clips of the 4 I bought, the clips hv come off on one side. When I told her about it, she was nice enough to wanna give me a refund. At the end, customer service is still what matters. That's why I'm leaving her a positive feedback. Would buy from her again. :) Thanks jen! :)
