This seller is unreliable. The items sold on the Carousell platform did not match the descriptions provided. They claimed there were no scratches, but in reality, there were. Due to the dim lighting, I couldn’t see clearly and trusted them too much, I failed to check the items carefully. Afterward, they shifted the blame onto me. Once the payment was made, they ignored my messages.lose integrity.
