Throughout the transaction, updates were given through Carousell chat and WhatsApp. Not sure which “customer service” buyer is referring to because this is a direct seller-to-buyer transaction on Carousell. Buyer also stopped replying after receiving the item and seemed unfamiliar with how Carousell payment release works. Still, item was delivered successfully in good condition.
