My profile states no refunds/returns and this buyer demanded me return an item that was exactly as described. I sold a pair of size 6 heels and it says both on the shoe and box that they are size 6, but they happen not to fit her. She accuses me of scamming her (for $10 might I add) as I don't do refunds and later proceeds to call me a c***. Do not deal with this user.
