Beware of this buyer. Not sincere. He made an offer which I accepted, and went silent for 3 days. Only when I threaten to give him negative feedback then he suddenly reappear to tell me he has prelims and is backing out. Dude this has nothing to do with your prelims. Your prelims over the weekend ah? Don't commit to purchases that you are not going to follow through with. If you told me upfront that you changed your mind and not given all those excuses i might have been more understanding.
Surprisingly fast* buyer, buyer was friendly and polite. Deal was fast and fuss free, recommended dealer!
