It’s crazy how she’s shifting the blame to me when this is clearly her fault. She promised to pay on Saturday morning but didn’t send payment nor have decency to update after that. I then proceeded with another buyer. Now she’s mad over her own faults. She has zero communication skills. It’s important to communicate and be honest about mistakes. I refunded her. I dont recommend dealing with her.
clearly you are just new to carousell. what we usually do here is once we accepted a buyer's offer, they should be the priority buyer because the item would be marked as reserved/sold to them. Since you accepted my offer, it reflected as sold to me in my end. In case another buyer is interested, the seller should inform the buyer before proceeding to another transaction.Fyi this seller only gave me a refund 2 days after i reached out to her on text bc she went offline after i sent her my payment
