Really quite disappointed as buyer initially was polite, friendly and seemed extremely interested. Planned for a meet up on Mon to which she cancelled on as she said she was busy with relatives visiting. Said she would transfer the next day but did not do so and has not replied any of my messages since then. Edit: replied secs after I left this fb, promised to transfer by thurs night but once again has stopped replying

I had taken the liberty to go to the buyer's block in tampines. We had arranged to meet at 7.30, gave the buyer a half hour heads up on what time i would be there. the buyer was not around and i waited for around 15 minutes before i had to go. The buyer said that her phone was not working. But i feel she should i have taken the liberty to head downstairs to see if i was there . i suggested meeting up but the buyer said that she wanted to back out of the deal. Deal at your own risk
