Seller was no true to warranty claim in the post.item was reported to have loose screw which does not secure the head of the electric fan to its stand.we were asked to just diy with some videos sent by seller but what was needed was a replacement of the loose screw. was ignored inspite of our video that screw was too small for the hole. Issue was not resolved.fearing fan head can fall anytime
