The buyer was informed that the sofa was "well-used" and agreed to the deal, knowing its condition. Despite no damages, they seemingly expected a new sofa at 10% of retail cost, later left a negative review, and appeared to gaslight in feedback. Sellers should be cautious when dealing with this buyer, as they may attempt to gaslight or misrepresent the situation in their reviews.
I never ever expected a new sofa, however I expected at least usable, but it was not usable at all. Nobody can sit on the sofa because the springs are pricking all over the place. Well used condition and a condition which is not usable are two different things.
Made offer and ghosted When asked, at least buyer apologised.
