Totally unreliable buyer. Agreed to a deal with nego and agreed to pick up at my place after 7.30pm. Then said was out and will come after 9pm.. Waited until 10pm. No reply, MIA and then next day msg saying backing out of deal. Please be decisive or atleast have the courtesy to communicate your intention!
