Seller misrepresented the item’s condition. On delivery, the bed had white tape covering scuff marks, black marks inside the frame and peeling laminate. Seller first tried to blame the movers, then claimed it was simply “used” — despite never disclosing any damage. No discount offered even though I contested this for refund
