Thank you! Very pleasant and smooth transaction. Hope to deal with you again!
Very tricky guys. Play around to force buyer to spend double time and money (~$20/single trip x 2, similar to the cost of the 1st hand stuff) for the 2nd hand stuff by saying forget to bring the key to the office. This explains why they have no review in 6yr.

Hi, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused back then. This was a free item given away during an office clearance, and my colleague unfortunately forgot the office key on the day of pickup. It was an honest mistake and never an intentional act. We always strive to be polite, responsible, and reliable with all our interactions. Thank you for your understanding.
