Buyer went mia after settling a deal

Disappointing service. I paid an extra $2 & asked for registered mail. Seller said he would mail via registered but he did not. Had to chase him to ask if he mailed out already after a week. Good sellers would inform when they mail out & give the tracking no for registered mail or even take a photo as proof of mail. No follow up when he said he would call singpost to check after I asked again. No decency to return the extra $2 though he didn't register the mail. Definitely won't buy fr him agai
