was communicative during the initial part of the transaction. however its disappointing that she stopped responding altogether in regards of the sf up until the item was delivered. despite multiple msg here, imessage, sms and even after raising an issue on carousell, she still did not pay or have the decency to reply (noticed that she was active 3hrs ago. so she must have seen the issue already)

Payment was received after her account was suspended by Carousell (thanks, Carousell team for the prompt action)) She mentioned that she's been busy and was overseas, so the benefit of the doubt was given. Nonetheless, thank you for completing the transaction.
