Re-seller. Very quick responses prior to sale (next day trade); very slow follow-up/no reply one week post-sale (let alone to the claimed "6 months of warranty"). I would pay a bit more to buy a NEW product (and next time, likely from a "local-local") instead of having to deal with these troubles. Details as follows. 1. Inaccurate product description i.e. I was told the product was 100% "new" but upon inspection during meet up i found scratches on the side of the phone. The seller claimed it to be grub and tried to "rub it off" (of course it was still there). Intentional or not (you can decide), the screen was covered in fingerprints so during inspection i did not note the scratch on the main screen (not just a surface scratch...) nor the scratch on the glass of the camera. 2. Check the accessories carefully. The "fast charger" actually came out to be a normal charger. One exchange was done when i requested for a HK power adaptor (i was initially given a PRC one), but this took one week post-sale. The second, and last, adaptor given to me was a normal charger. 3. The phone sold to me is a South American variant. It pops up with many messages about paying on time, etc. The seller claims it is not carrier locked etc and i will not have a problem. I am yet to see what happens This matter has since been resolved - I received an original Samsung charger, earphones, and an update to the software which doesn't display Claro messages/logo. Thank you.
