sandals arrived with multiple undisclosed defects & sooo dirty that my wipes turned brown 🥲 the seller tried to make up for the late shipment with a free dress, but it became evident it was only used as packaging and arrived mud-stained too. i had to glue the soles back and the straps were one pull away from breakage 🥲 i'm very understanding but lack of sanitation is where i draw the line
im sorry to hear u are unhappy with the item. i did disclose the peeling, though i’m sorry for missing the lifting soles. the straps are still sturdy for me when i wore it. The dress was as a sincere apology for late ship. i understand it’s hassle for u to laba but since items are preloved, I always recommend washing them yourself for peace of mind, they are preloved afterall. moreover, please note the sandals were heavily discounted to 600 (from 1,700 + 150 sf) to account for its condition….
