I have an unboxing video, and you didn't even consider looking at it? I received the doll in a lot of layers of bubble wrap, and when I opened it, the doll was still flawed. It's obviously sent by the seller flawed and sold it regardless of the condition. I don't recommend buying from this seller as he/she won't listen to your side and won't even review your evidence and now accusing me of fraud?

First of all, I told you to send me the unboxing video but you NEVER actually did even if you keep on persisting, I actually waited for the vid. I did sent you LOTS AND LOTS of proof before sending the doll that’s why I am sure that I sent you a doll without the flaw aside from the dirt part. You also mentioned that you only needed the doll’s earrings, perhaps you just wanted to get your money back because you got what you needed. Jokes on you.
