1st time buyer after a long hiatus from the motorbike scene. Survey prices from carousell and decided to go with my gut feelings and went down directly to 28Speedhub. Meng the salesman wasn't the try hard pushy kinda type when i went down. He was willing to lower the price to my expectations. Clear breakdowns no gimmick! BEST OF ALL, my BRAND NEW bike collected in just 1 & a half day! Awesome👍😱!

It was nice dealing with Meng as he is friendly, patient and easy going. The deal went smoothly as he provides all the cost breakdown without any hidden fee. He also provides great service to ensure my new bike is ready for me to collect & taught me how to use my new bike. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend to deal with him!

"No admin fee" Sales person Meng is friendly and will give good advice upon hand over of the bike, he is willing to negotiate and give better pricing from other bike shops to close the deal with you. Rack & top box provided are also of good quality. Waiting time can be a little long of up to 2 weeks, other then that i'm happy with my purchase of a brand new agent unit X-ADV from 28 speedhub.
