[System Feedback] This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item sold that is untrue to description.
Really disappointed that seller sold to me a fake bag and claimed that it is 100% authentic. It’s not so bad if she told me upfront that it was fake, but she decided to lie to me instead. The worst thing was when I confronted her very nicely and kindly asked if I could get a refund, she did not even have the decency to reply. I really felt cheated and it’s really sad to have experienced this. 😔
Apa yang awak nak semua saya turutkan..sampai minta saya pos ke singapore menggunakan shipping by DHL..kos shipping sahaja saya trpaksa tanggung RM120..ada saya claim minta awak balik ke?itu masih mahu kata bukan2 pada saya?gambar semua saya sertakan..mula2 kata ok cantik & puas hati..tiba2 cakap not authentic la nak return la..siapa nak tanggung shipping tu lagi sekali nanti?saya da cuba bagi service yang terbaik untuk awak..tapi awak masih brsikap negative..dont wory,what you give you get back
