We picked up a vacuum described as brand new used once. Once taken out the box and tried for the first time I saw that the vacuum lead had blue duct tape around it and it was very faulty to use.. I contacted Haley to ask why it was in such a state considering it was used once, she apologised and offered us a full refund, we contacted her numerous times through out the week for a final reply to say she is going back on her word and has changed her mind... Very disappointed with this seller! AVOID
