Bought a new bag from this seller today and to my utter dismay, the bag come apart within half an hour of my purchase. Sent the pics to seller, but received no response nor a refund. Have no choice but to leave this feedback, as seller has since changed her profile name (original name candiceshop) and deleted most of her listings. Deal with this seller at your own risk. A very disappointing purchase since the bag was meant as a gift. :(
