Item not working. :(

We test it before the pick up i even text the description and the instructions there is a instructions in the box before giving us a rating please chat or text me if there is any problem and i reply to your text i even have a proof of working but i could not send it through Carousell because videos were not allowed and i tell you that there is a damage but it is still working.
Seller accepted my offer but sell it to somebody else, which is not good. im not sure if its because of poor internet connection but communication is really bad, as we are not on the same page when chatting.
Nagkasabay po kasi kayo na nagtanong and nung time na kukunin niyo na po and i ask you where do i ship the item and no response you’re online 12hrs ago and nagchat yung isa ko pang kausap and sabi niya kukunin niya na daw kaya ko po ibinigay sa kanya kasi hindi ka pa po nagrereply and nung nag online ka na po at nag chat sa akin.. wala na po yung item naipadala ko na po.
