seller was very accommodating at first but when i received the product, it's a very different to the item description. seller claims that the product was in mahogany shade and it should be brownish but i received a pinkish one (see pic). when she sent some photos, i thought it was just because of the lighting, but no. then, the item also has smell - fake and/or expired. so disappointing.

Buyer agreed to the item’s condition, vsble scratches, shade, not brand new— before payment. Pics are sent and acknowledged before the transaction. After receiving the itm, Buyer demanded a return bcuz the shade did not meet her expectations and claimed it was fake just bcuz of qr code. Even thou not all dior have scannable qr and lip oils can oxidize due to air exposure. Buyer made personal remarks like karma. Seller are advised to be cautious.
