Description
Updated: could tentatively handover in end Nov! And price has been dropped for fast deal!! Selling my family’s Toyota Camry 2.5 (2016, registered Mar 2017). Very spacious, comfortable and super reliable family car. First owner, never transfer before. Quick facts: • Toyota Camry 2.5 Auto (Petrol) • Registered: 16 Mar 2017 • COE Expiry: 15 Mar 2027 (Cat B) • Road Tax: Paid till Sept 2026 • PARF Eligible — Min PARF rebate ~$16,699 • Mileage: ~178,000 km • Colour: Silver • Engine: 2494cc, 178 bhp • Transfers: 0 Condition: Still running very smooth, aunty drive one, well taken care of. All the usual wear and tear items already settled — can drive and go. No need to worry. Servicing mostly done at Borneo Motors (authorised agent) over the years, records definitely available. Recent servicing done at workshop with receipts attached, so you can see the full maintenance history, all proper. Recently changed / serviced (receipts attached, ~$2,000 spent in last 7 months): • Full servicing — synthetic engine oil + oil filter (Jun 2026) • NEW battery (Delkor, Jun 2026) • NEW front + rear brake pads (Jun 2026) • New radiator cap (Jun 2026) • Aircon: new Denso cooling coil + expansion valve + aircon filter + gas top-up (Dec 2025) • New HID headlamp bulbs (Jan 2026) Basically all the common wear-and-tear items already done up for you — battery, brakes, oil, aircon cooling, lights. New owner can just drive, no need to spend more upfront. This Camry 2.5 engine is the legendary bulletproof type, very tough one. Throughout our ownership zero problems, only normal wear and tear. Damn solid car, also very good for COE extension if you want to keep driving for many more years. Why the price makes sense: Think of it this way — you got about 4 months COE left to drive, PLUS the ~$16,699 PARF rebate to claim when you deregister. To rent a Camry like this is easily $1,400–1,500/month, so the remaining drive time alone is worth a fair bit, and you get the rebate back on top. Plus we just spent ~$2,000 on servicing and parts, so no immediate maintenance needed. Buy and drive still works out way more worth it than renting. Take note — we’ll be retaining the car plate: We intend to keep the current plate number (bring over to our next car), so new owner need to register a new plate for this car. We changing to new car but COE not secured yet (TENTATIVE END NOV), so timing still sorting out. No worries — willing to figure out the retention/transfer process together with buyer, make the handover smooth smooth. Good value — roomy, reliable car, still got about a year COE left, plus PARF rebate to claim when you scrap, and freshly serviced. Cannot go wrong. Viewing welcome. Serious buyers please PM. Price is negotiable.
