I made an appointment with him to buy and he kept postponing it after agreeing to HIS OWN ORIGINAL OFFER price. Even when I was on the way, and already 15 minutes before reaching the destination all the way to the agreed meeting point, which is near his house. Save yourself a lot of Agony.
