Bad service, not responsible for the damaged items. Asked for refund but ignored. Even the books were cheap, but the real condition should be stated and real pictures should be attached. Be honest! Even if the customers don't request any, it's your responsibility to explain any defect available! 3 from the books were no longer attached to the covers but she stated all were in A VERY GOOD condition. A very good liar. Not recommended to deal with. TQ
I am NOT a liar. I am most certain that I have stated I have no bank account and the bank account is my mother's. I am under my parents' orders. Sure I made a mistake. But my parents are in charge of the money and refund decision. Stop accusing. You should've asked for pictures of the book if you want to call me a cheater or liar then? I've said sorry multiple times. Not responsible? It's actually you that's holding grudges. I've done all I could do. You just didn't want to accept my apologies.
