Very dishonest seller who lacks integrity. Item was described as “Brand New with Tag” but it was actually repackaged in a separate wrapper and had age spots on it. Seller is polite and apologised for not checking the item even though she reassured me that the item was brand new. Subsequently, she failed to offer any recourse and completely ignored me, even refusing to accept the offer so I can leave an honest feedback. (She was definitely online multiple times and saw my messages.) Had to get Carousell staff to help me in order to leave an honest feedback. Patronise at your own risk.
Apologies for late reply. 1. I didn't receive notification from carousell. Therefore wasn't on apps 2. The item definitely is brand new, not used before. Neither was it repacked. As explained. When purchased, I didn't spot any defects. 3. If I'm a dishonest seller, I won't have other buyer giving good reviews.
