Dishonest seller. Item not worth $10. Should just throw it away instead of selling it. And I did exactly that after buying it. Arrived at location and testing were not done but asking if it's still working and only fan cannot oscillate. He nodded. Arrived home and tested the fan, it started oscillating without switching on the fan. Nothing can be done unless cutting off the power. Can't bare the noisy oscillating mechanism when using the fan and speed controller sucks. 1 speed only.
