changed my feedback to negative. Long story short: when I bought the tix I needed a receipt to claim the money back from my committee. This guy promised (ambiguously) that receipts will be provided and I stupidly trusted him. He knew prior to purchase that I NEEDED a receipt and probably knew that he cannot provide me with any. BUT he continued to sell to me anyway. This is pretty unethical. When I asked for a receipt on different dates, I GOT NO REPLY. This seller is irresponsible.
