It’s beyond my control once sent to courier service. I’ve explained that the free shipping is through regular Pos Malaysia (not Pos Laju) and it takes longer time. When the delivery is delayed, I follow up with Pos Malaysia directly and provide regular updates. I even made an extra trip to the post office to make sure that the parcel is in transit. Also in the first place you didn’t mention that you urgently need the item, how am I suppose to know that. Please be civilized, don’t need to curse.
