She had someone else pick up the item on her behalf, which was fine with me. But having to wait for 1 hour was not. We agreed to meet at 4pm and she told me her friend was already on the way. 30mins later, she finally gave me his number and he just ended his interview. Please, if you can't meet up don't waste my time, and opt for mailing instead.
