Honestly is my first time dealing with Carousel platform to get the item...First of all, after payment was made , the seller should have the courtesy to response as the money has transferred and showed with a screenshot. the seller should even start to prepare the delivery asap as the platform stated in the estimated time but seller was late to send...rather disappointing
