Dear wh/Wei Han, I am really sad and disappointed with you. I had paid the deposit as requested but you didn't deliver the voucher/certificate to me. I am tired of waiting, it is really slow. I can't wait or tolerate, my patience is up to the limit. What I can do now is to cancel the whole deal and ask you for refund. Next time please follow instructions and get the job done as promised. The item arrived late but I gave him discount, now he ghosted me with the item in hand without paying me the remaining 20%. Luckily I didnt refund him otherwise he cheat me out of the deposit too.
