Ordered 3/24. Shipment was delayed. Followed up several times. Was told on 4/6 that the parcel was “sent back.” Requested a refund because: 1) shipment was taking too long, 2) I wasn’t given any updates regarding shipment, and 3) they did not provide the tracking number despite my request. Refund received (4/6), but am still leaving a one star review for the hassle + for others’ awareness.
