Seller first agreed that payment will be transferred when the driver arrives no need to give anything just inform the driver that she'll wait for the payment before handing it over. She threatened that others are interested and she'll unreserve by monday, a week passed she got no sell. She changed the deal to payment first immediately. Do not deal with inconsistent sellers
It’s always been a ‘payment first policy’. I don’t remember agreeing in making the driver wait while the payment transfer is being done. I gave this customer 2 options: make the courier delivery a COD so that the driver could pay me first or send a screenshot of the payment before booking a driver. She agreed to none. Also, there’s a difference between ‘threatening’ and ‘informing’. I agreed to hold the items for her for a week, then I’ll sell it to the others after that. She misunderstood.
