Seller communicates well and was friendly, but did not fully disclose all the flaws, some of which were quite obvious...Was disappointed at the condition, but lesson learnt - do not do quick pickups and pay without checking the item on the spot. Seller refused refund even before buyer asked for it, citing that the $ has been used for an "emergency"!? Overall the bag is still very usable, just slightly overpriced for the condition it came in. A partial refund would have been appreciated.
